About Yoga in the Park

Join us for Yoga in the Park, a free community experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move your body in a peaceful outdoor setting. This all-levels class welcomes beginners and seasoned yogis alike, offering a gentle, accessible flow focused on breath, balance, and mindfulness.

Set in the heart of our Inglewood community, this class is more than just yoga—it’s a chance to unwind, meet new people, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive, uplifting environment. Whether you’re starting your wellness journey or simply looking for a mindful moment in nature, this space is for you.

No mat? No problem. Bring a towel or whatever you have, and come as you are. Donations are welcomed but never required.

Why Practice Yoga Outdoors?

Taking your practice outside is an opportunity to reconnect with your body and the world around you. Fresh air, open sky, and the natural rhythm of the outdoors create a more grounding, immersive experience.

Nature helps ease stress and quiet the mind, while the warmth of the sun and surrounding sounds encourage presence and deeper breathing. Practicing on grass also improves balance, stability, and body awareness.

Beyond the physical benefits, outdoor yoga creates a welcoming space to connect with others and share energy. It’s a refreshing shift that helps you reset, recharge, and be fully present.
